Hotel Reservation
BioTE Medical will make your hotel reservation to check in October 25 and check out on October 28 once you have registered and paid for the conference. For resort information go to www.unicohotelrivieramaya.com
If you would like to stay a few days before or after the conference dates, you will enter those dates in the Google Document emailed to you after you have registered.
*Please note: UNICO 20°87° is an adults only resort. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be permitted on the premises.
There are a limited number of double bed rooms available – reservations will be made according to those who complete their registration forms first. Most rooms have king beds. BioTE cannot guarantee bed size.
Transportation
BioTE Medical will provide transportation to and from Cancun International Airport on Thursday, October 25th and on Sunday Oct 28th only. If your travel falls outside these dates, please plan to arrange your own transportation.

Conference Registration Fee
Sun, Sea & BioTE is $895.00. As with any all-inclusive resort, this fee is per person and covers one seat in the conference plus your all-inclusive hotel stay for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you plan to head to the beach instead of the conference, you will also need to register and pay the all-inclusive resort fee of $895.00.
When registering tickets, please enter in the names for each attendee with their own email address. This is so that we are able to get information on each person (shirt size, flight/passport info).
Cancellations 30 days before the event date are nonrefundable. (September 25, 2018)
Cancellations 60 days before the event date will receive a 25% refund (August 27, 2018)
